Four generations of plumbers.
Matley Plumbing and Heating is a family-owned business founded by Handel Matley Sr. who started his plumbing career back in 1927. In 1958, Matley Plumbing and Heating, under the leadership of Handel Matley Jr., became a fixture in the Pepperell, MA area and has been servicing the Central Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire communities ever since. The Matley sons have followed Handel’s path and we are now on our fourth generation of plumbers.

Business Owner
Handel Matley Jr. is the second generation in our family of plumbers. Handel graduated from the Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology and has over 61 years of experience in the plumbing and heating business. Handel or «Matt» as everyone at Matley’s call him, opened the Pepperell, MA location in 1958. Matt is a Master Plumber in two states, a gas fitter and an accomplished trumpet player! In his spare time, Handel can be found talking politics and working on rebuilding his 1960 Corvair.
