At Rolling Meadows, your new home is a clean, spacious, sun filled 2+ bedroom town house with a separate third floor private loft, located on 7 private acres in the quiet country town of Pepperell, MA. We provide many amenities including a playground, ²⁴⁄₇ emergency maintenance, and assigned parking.

Features at Rolling Meadows include skylights, cathedral ceilings, exposed wood beams, central a/​c, sound proofing, fully appliance kitchen with greenhouse window, cherry colored cabinets and granite countertops, 1 ¹⁄₅ bath, washer and dryer hook ups, balconies, and a deck and private patio area.

We are situated in a peaceful neighborhood with tennis and basketball courts. We have on call maintenance, speedy snow removal, trash removal and private mail house on site.

All of our units are newly renovated with granite countertops, hardwood flooring, and quality carpeting.

Because of our location and setting, we really are a better place to live!

The application approval process, credit report, reference and background check typically takes 2 – 5 business days. Once we have received all of these items in our office we will contact you.

Every resident has a full background check completed to ensure the safety of all who reside and visit.

History

Established in 1980.

Rolling Meadows LLC is a privately held company located in Pepperell Massachusetts. Rolling Meadows consists of 75 town homes.

Built in 1980 and still operating by the original management and maintenance team members. In 2012 all buildings received new vinyl siding, new decks and new railings. In 2013 every unit received new kitchens with cherry cabinets and granite counters. In 2014 the property received a major landscaping upgrade to include a tulip garden which blooms hundreds of multicolored tulips every year, new arborvitae trees, shrubbery and hundreds of flowers and plants throughout the grounds.

In 2014 we invested in a state of the art security system throughout the property to ensure the safety and security of all who reside and visit.

The small town of Pepperell is situated 35 miles northwest of Boston in rolling hill country at the junction of the Nissitissit and Nashua Rivers adjacent to the New Hampshire border.
