Race 1 (Half Day) -$ 279.00

This course is an introduction to karting. It’s purpose is to teach the simple elements of driving at racing speed and to practice the fundamentals which include braking, cornering, picking lines and safety.

Race 2 Advanced (Half Day) -$ 279.00

Extensive line instruction and one on one lead and follow driving session with instructor, fundamental drills and critique.

Race Pro (Full Day) -$ 425.00

Both the seasoned veteran and the karting newcomer are made comfortable in this race track setting. Our objective is to identify the course targets, enhance your racing language, further your driving development and extend your day to hone your new skills.

Very happy we went there today, we had so much fun watching our Grandson Phoenix it was his first time ever driving a kart. Everyone there was so nice and they cared about Phoenix they took time making him feel comfortable with the Kart… Thank you all so much it was so much fun it was a awesome day for all of us… Jerry and Debi

They screamed at my boy for trying to tell them about what happened on the track! My son was crying and he said I never want to come back even though he had so many racing friends! we are never going back! If we ever do go back it would be for the workers or my sons racing friends! The owner Dave is unprofessional .This sport is for the kids having fun!

WOW! Incredible course. You bring your own kart and suit up and rip it! They let little kids go by themselves and they also have sessions for bikes to get out there. You can get up to 12 – 13 thousand RPM on the back straight away. Or if you have a shifter you can prolly see 4th or 5th gear.

I’ve visited Apex a couple of times now, took my 6 year old son for his first class too. I have to say, the people running the track, as well as the instructors are absolutely world class! Could not ask for more — they had my boy cruising the track more confidently than I thought possible, and have seriously improved my driving too — cannot say enough good things about the set-​up at Apex and my son is hooked! — don’t waste your time on cheaper places than have you cruising parking lots — get to Apex’s purpose build track for some karting excellence!!!

I was over here this last weekend for the first time ever and I really enjoyed the sense of camaraderie that came along with being there. It really kind of seemed like a little family of track folks, which was cool.
They seemed to be pretty organized and professional about pretty much everything.
The surface of the track seemed to be great as well — nice and sticky. A little more runoff would be nice in some of the corners… the barriers are pretty close…

The place are 100 times better now then few years ago… Staff are awesome, the area all groom, track now open for bikes (A+++++) and I am only 1 hr away. LOVE IT !!! Been there almost every other weekend to ride with all my buddies. A good place to take your family for a day of FUN

For an hour away from San Diego this is an awesome track. My husband came here with his modified Ninja 250 and had a great time. We got to meet the owners and they were really nice.
They are trying to do more supermoto and sportbike days at the track. So, they gave us their card and told us to check in with them about what weekends those will be happening. After trackdays they get together and bbq.
Even without a pit pass, I was able to take some great photos of my husband kicking ass. While I was waiting for him I chilled on the patio with my dog.
If you live within 1 – 1.5 hours away, I would definitely check it out.

The track itself is decent but the staff is horrible. Checked on the website to see if Sunday was going to be open practice. Called during the week to confirm that Sunday was going to be open practice, the person on the phone confirmed this. We get there on Sunday and there is supposedly some motard competition and the track is closed to karts. This really pisses us off as we drove an hour with truck/​trailer to get here and this isn’t the first time that this has happened. The staff fails to apologize and refuses to admit fault. We come here because of the environment for our cadet karter. I guess we’ll be going to CalSpeed now.
Don’t have a website if you aren’t going to update it. Don’t confirm anything over the phone if you aren’t sure.
