I found something in my food Contacting the health department in the morning found this in my food not even gonna call just going straight to the health department with this in hand … Gross looks like a CLEANING /​SANITIZING WIPE. Ew I chewed a chunk, God knows what has been on it I was half way through when I pulled it out revealing it half way through my meal … Ew

Your average Jacks nothing special about the building or menu. Staff has always been like a rock star, they preform well and hammer out the orders just right.

I ordered a cup of coffee. The guy behind the counter wore a suit so I assume he was the owner. He charged me 8 cents more than what was on the menu. After he gave me my change he changed the price on the menu board. An other customer voiced his disaproval ans stormed out. I went into the men’s room and accidentally left the hot water on. I wash my hands frenquently.

They have good service and employees are friendly. They are fast sometimes. When they do get busy, there is usually a long wait. They are clean for the most part. Their bathrooms could be a lot more cleaner.

Good service, efficient and fresh. I’m a fast food junkie and very particular so a five star from me would be deserved if they understand my questions and can adequately answer my random requests. Fast food doesn’t mean fast lazy amateur customer service. Food is good here and the customer service is decent. check em’ out

Not a big fan of jack, but at this location food is always fresh and customer service is great.
