I think the quality of this Starbucks is more significant than other locations. the employees are much nicer and the service is better. Also the drive thru doesn’t take a million years like at other locations.

I’ve been going to this one for years and I have always had a great experience however recently they hired some new people and they always seem to get my order wrong no matter how clear I am or how easy the order is. They got my order wrong 3 times in one visit. I will not be coming back to this one again, I’ll go to the one off Ramona from now on. It’s further away but they always get my order right. So disappointed

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for years just because the one in Menifee gets a little crazy and they don’t have a drive thru. I’ve never had a bad experience here until yesterday morning. I went through the drive thru and ordered a breakfast sandwich and a venti frapp. The cashier told me my total was $ 9. As I waited in line, I checked my balance and it said $ 9.55. When I reached the drive thru window, she said my total was $ 9. I gave her my gold card and waited for my drink and sandwich. She then told me I then owed $ 16 and some change. I said $ 16??? She said«yes because I only had 55 cents on the card.» I told her«I just checked my balance and it said I had $ 9.55 on there. Why would I pay $ 16+ for a drink and a breakfast sandwich?!» She then checked her screen and notice the 55 cents was put on the order behind me. As I waited for her to put the 55 cents back on my card, I reloaded $ 25 onto my card again since I only had 55 cents left… She gave me my drink and sandwich and I drove off. I then thought to myself okay I need to check my account activity to make sure everything seems right. I should have $ 25.55 on my card… Nope! I had $ 16.55 on my card… So she charged me TWICE. $ 18 for a drink and a sandwich!!! So I turned back around, WENTINSIDE, tried explaining to them that I was charged twice and they just all looked at me like I was crazy. Said that it was void and should show up on my account within 24 hours… The only thing that was void was the 55 cents… Thank goodness I was able to call the Starbucks Customer Service phone number I found online! They were able to take a look at my account and see that I was charged twice and put the $ 9 back on my card right away without me having to explain anything… At this point, I don’t really know how to feel. I mean, I’m happy that I was able to get my $ 9 back, but at the same time, I’m still pissed about the way this particular store treated me and the situation.

Very slow. Had to wait in line 15 minutes for a hot cup of coffee with only two people in front of me. Then it took over a minute to pour the coffee, must have been the bottom of the barrel.

So disappointed again… This is my morning stop prior to an hour drive to work I order my usual drink and bagel toasted with cream cheese. Well while driving I reach out for my bagel and No Cream cheese. This is the second time they screw up my order in less than a week… I dont know what’s going on but every order I do us in the AM around 450 and today at 5:16… I didn’t eat bagel didn’t have my cream cheese and was charged for it… Stop screwing up orders…

Gotta love a SB with a drive-thru! Went on a Monday morning and was able to utilize the drive-thru with NOPROBLEM. I was able to get my breakfast sandwich and tea and the lady was super nice and professional. Located right off the 215 in Perris. I will definitely be back to review the inside.

The manager Jackie, is a rude total Hag. The coffee after 3 p.m. Is cold. I can pee hotter than they serve it. I think this is it, I won’t be back.

Drive thru location is always a plus. Friendly staff. Very personable & remember you fairly soon. Only time there’s ever an issue is frapp happy hour, as they only have one blender so the wait gets long. Corporate needs to better equip them to deal with the rush… it’s not their fault and I’ve felt bad the times I’ve seen customers bitch at them :(

Quick stop at this location on my way to San Diego. Easy to get to right off the highway, line around the block at the drive thru, best off going inside which it seems like is a good deal at all Starbucks locations. I had the mocha and it was great, piping hot and fueled me through till lunch. My husband had the java chip, always the best thing on the menu. Service is nice, very fast to get our drinks out, nothing to complain about here.
