Stucco Concepts

Stucco Concepts recently completed stuccoing our house that had some major damage on the bottom 3 feet due to water damage. Richard (the owner) was recommended to us by the general contractor that was doing a kitchen remodel, window removal, and electrical power panel upgrade. Richard met with us to evaluate our repairs and also the repairs needed for the contractor. Since we wanted to upgraded all our windows to vinyl we decided to delay doing the stucco repairs. After meeting with Richard again about the window replacement, he was able to make suggestions about a time line and suggested applying the brown/​scratch coat prior to installing the windows and applying the color coat after window installation. This worked out perfect as they were able to apply the color coat right up to the window trim providing an additional seal. Since the original stucco had been painted several times, it was necessary to apply a glue base prior to color coating. The final product came out great. Since I like to be involved and save any money I can, Richard gave me a list of items to take care of prior to them starting, including pressure washing the house, trimming back bushes, and digging out around the foundation. Richard has great crews that have years of experience, including his Dad that has 40 years in the stucco business. Richard is very good to work with, responses quickly to phone calls or texts, answers all questions, and makes only necessary recommendations. His price was very fair and I would highly recommend Stucco Concepts.
