Many times customers rush to tell a bad experience. But I want to tell this experience because this Tires Plus shop turned an unfavorable experience into a most pleasant experience. I have 85 Lincoln Town Car. I brought it to the shop on 11/16/2015. I talked to the clerk, who was courteous, about the trouble: starter trouble, leaks, an electrical issue, and some fuel system trouble. People told me a day later the car was right were I left it! So I called the shop since they didn’t call me and asked why. They were waiting on a tech and parts. Ok. When they finished I got a call from the shop on 11/19/2015. Your car is ready and we’ve mitigated the expense for you. I was so thrilled because I have a 56 mile commute to work and arranging transportation was next to impossible. Now I have my car back and I can get to work. I couldn’t be happier about this experience. Got the job done but because I had alignment done as well as installing new tires they wouldn’t honor their 59 minute guarantee. They didn’t install the tires in 59 minutes, it took almost 90 for just the tires. Very misleading I’d you ask me. *Edit* Tires Plus contacted me and they corrected the problem and honored their guarantee.

Not from around here so this was the closes done to me. The staff seemed really nice but I needed a «quick» oil change and after 7 hours on the road I did not want to wait a half hour for an oil change when we were next in line. We got in really quick but not out quick. Next time when I stop somewhere I will make sure to ask an estimates time frame…
