Business Owner

Elias Hajjar grew up in Toledo learning the restaurant business from his father Labib Hajjar owner of the Toledo landmark, The Beirut Restaurant. Once he graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Hospitality Management he decided to move home and follow in his father’s footsteps and create an innovative and unique restaurant, Poco Piatti. Poco Piatti serves as Metro Toledo’s original Tapas restaurant offering cuisine from Lebanon, Italy, Greece and throughout the Mediterranean. With a strong appreciation for community service and superior products, Poco Piatti continues to provide Metro Toledo with best and most unique Tapas dining experience.
