Really great customer service.
I have been here 2 times, both times looking for a specific type of shoe. Though this place seems to cater mostly to runners (which I definitely am not), each time I was greeted and helped by a very pleasant employee who was very patient with me as I tried to ask for something about which I know almost nothing. Both times I was carefully fitted for the right size in the right type of the right shoe. The conversation went well beyond «What activity and what size?» into my posture and the angle of my alignment from my knees to my ankles to the ground. The shoes here are pricey, but I believe it was worth it to get the experienced sales staff to ensure I came away with the best shoes for my needs and my body.
