Called him about an appliance still covered under warranty, as I was referred to him by the appliance manufacturer. From the get-​go, he obviously did not want to take the job. He finally agreed to come, and in the next breath told me to call the manufacturer again, that he didn’t want to do it.
I felt that maybe he was getting paid less to do it, and it wasn’t worth his time; in that case he should tell the company to not refer customers to him.
