Went to high tea there the other day. We were served tea sandwiches, sausage rolls, scones with jam and clotted cream, little cakes, and digestives. The tea is all you can drink, though it’s just bagged brands like Tetley and PG Tips. Everything was good and surprisingly filling, but I didn’t feel that it was $ 54(the cost of high tea for two) good. I enjoyed my experience, the staff were nice, the aesthetic pleasing, but I would not do high tea here again as there are cheaper places with more gourmet food and tea in the area. I would consider going back for a pastry or sandwich as those seemed more reasonably priced.

This place is so cute. Super friendly staff, fantastic tea, yummy snacks, and they have treats from the UK. I’ve been here a couple of times and I like it more every time I go. This last time, we had scones with clotted cream and jam and they were so tasty. It’s near Copperfield’s Bookstore and a perfect Saturday for my kids is bookstore and then snacks and tea for me, and hot cocoa or lime soda for them at 2 London Foodies. Five stars because that’s the highest rating. My son wants me to give it 6 stars and I would if that were an option.

I found this café only because the Tea House in Santa Rosa was closed that day. So I went on Unilocal and looked for any kind of a café or restaurant that served high tea. Walking to the location, you can get a little dismayed at walking into a café that is right next door to several dumpsters. However, this little café is charming and we were really glad we found it. The place is spotless and decorated in all things British. The table for 4 was set with beautiful china tea cups and plates. We were served sausage rolls, quiche, cucumber and egg salad finger sandwiches, homemade scones with clotted cream and jam, the pastries of the day and all the tea you can drink. If I could change anything it would be to serve the quiche and sausage rolls a little warmer, as they just came from the fridge and too cold. So, if you are looking for an afternoon English Tea experience, check out this cute place!

Cute, cute, cute… In a location that you would not expect to be so nice. Storefront is on a dingy Petaluma alley next to a rather forbidding looking tattoo parlor. 4 of us had the English high tea. Really enjoyable. Typically British. Love the cucumber finger sandwiches with the crusts removed. You look at the little tiered dishes with the pretty snacks and think«Oh this isn’t enough food to satisfy me». Wrong! If you eat it all you will be satisfyingly stuffed. There are just 3 tables, so if you plan to sit for high tea at 1pm or 3pm reservations are a must. Store shelves carry a variety of British cookies, candies and jar goods(Mustards, clotted creams, etc…). Lovely Londoner mistress makes the food and serves. My pal Michael from Birmingham enjoyed having a conversation with the mistress speaking«real» English with all those funny idioms & nuances. This little business is obviously a sincere personal work of love and not high finance. It deserves your patronage. Go!

I dont think alot of people know about this place but it is one of the best tea places i have been to. the service was amazing and food was to die for. The best part was how kind they were working there. They were kind and would laugh at your jokes. The mini pies were delicious, the tea amazing. Theyre accents and the decore made it feel like you were in London. This place may not be on the map but it should sure be in my eyes. 5 stars.

We were in Petaluma for a day trip to escape the city and were delighted to find this little spot. The owner is the nicest lady and told us all about the teas she had. Her tea hit the spot for a rainy morning. You could also have full afternoon tea service 1−3pm. Reservations are recommended 24hrs in advance. Also she sells British groceries! I’ve never found lyles treacle anywhere in the Bay Area. But they have it here!

You gotta LOVE the 2 London Foodies in Petaluma. A great café /Tea establishment that creates a little bit of The United Kingdom right here in the good ‘ol USA. It would be a great UK Consulate, I’ll ask if they can start doing Passports /Visa’s. The service is first class, order, sit, and voila, everything is served to you with the grace and decorum we all love from the British. A wide variety of British treats both handmade locally,(Sausage Rolls, Savory Pasties, Scones) or imported direct from Great Britain, Eccles Cakes, a range of ‘Mr Kipling’ cakes. So if your looking for a good British Cuppa, or the well known and highly acclaimed Afternoon Tea(tea with petite sandwiches, petite fours, scones topped, with jam and crowned with clotted cream) YOUHAVEARRIVED! Where the second ‘Foodie’ is, well she always seems to be behind the scenes in the ‘Royal Chambers, one day I’m sure she will gracefully emerge.

This is a great place to stop in for a pot of British tea and a special treat. The prices are not too expensive and the staff is friendly.

I just want to say how grateful i am for 2 London Foodies. i also own a business in the Putnam Plaza and American Alley area and just their presence has mad the neighborhood so much nicer. Plus, I’ve learned a lot about British culture and food. For example, did you know that in England they call aprons«pennies?» Just found that out. Anyway, they have great coffee that is served super hot and good snacks and British candy and chocolate that isn’t waxy like chocolate in the US is. They also provide hors d’oeuvres for events at my business. Which everyone always loves. So if you’re having an event that needs some unique small bites, they’re the ones to call!

2 London Foodies is exactly what Petaluma needed. Surprising it is the only café in town(or near Petaluma) that makes their coffee in the pour over fashion. The portions are more than fair for the price; $ 2.50 for a decent sized cup of coffee, with a refill. I have come here with my fiancé several times and we are always blown away by the affordable prices. Two drinks, two pastries, two orders of crumpets, two of the sausage rolls, all for right around $ 20. The staff is extremely friendly and highly knowledgeable, and after ordering at the register they will bring all of your drinks, pastries, and refills out to you: offering a more comprehensive service style than your average café. Everything here is delicious, the coffee is wonderful, and the pastries are irresistible,(I highly recommend the ginger tea cake!). They also have a wide array of British grocery products for sale, a fun addition that really gives an authentic feel to the café. We also recently found out they are offering a special service called«afternoon tea» that we cannot wait to try. Definitely call or stop by for more details on this. With cozy indoor and outdoor seating, and a refreshingly unique menu, 2 London Foodies is my new favorite café in town and well worth trying out.

2 London Foodies is, ironically, in American Alley and beside the Prince Gallery. In a sense, it’s also appropriate since Sir Francis Drake dubbed the Pt. Reyes area«Nova Albion»(New England) They carry a wonderful refreshing soda named Ben Shaw’s that’s made with dandelion&burdock. Perfect on a hot day… and affordable. At the time, they had slim pickings. The poor cashier was notifying disappointed customers(around 3 in the afternoon) that the owner/manager was back home, baking Cornish pasties. 2 London Foodies is a unique little nook.

We just discovered this little gem of a coffee shop today and did so completely by accident. If you don’t know where it is it is within a rock’s throw from the Petaluma Pie Company(it is around the corner and in the alley). It has a British Flag waving out in front of it and the British lady who served me my coffee and spoke with my wife and I about life in London was seriously nice and engaging. I had a mocha and just like that nice lady said, the British coffee-beans that they use(they get it from a local roaster) make for a SMOOOOOOOTH cup of coffee. NO bitterness that my taste-buds could detect and I didn’t need to add any extra sugar or cream to it. If I remember correctly, she explained that many(or most) British folks who drink coffee like it less bitter and intense than us Americans do. I’d definitely go there again! My wife loved the gifts they sold there, too!

Adorable little British shop located where Eye Spy Tattoo used to be. We stopped in and walked out with delicious scones(packed with cream and jam) and an amazing tiny apple pie. Definitely worth checking out.

Newly opened and small, so the selection is still growing. But they have the little slice of Europe that Petaluma desperately needed, and they are sweet people to boot. MARZIPAN pastries. Yummy espresso — still have yet to try something savory!

Decent selection of cooking goods and gifts, the coffee is amazing as well either hot or iced. I would highly recommend for tea, coffee, or a unique foreign gift for friend or family. This has easily become one of my favorite downtown spots.

I have high hopes but things are a bit sparse as they start up and are missing a lot of the staples for now. Once they’ve got all their suppliers sorted out and things, I reckon the considerable British and Irish population will appear in droves though I suspect that may have happened with their initial offerings. Early days so I can only go three stars for now but fingers crossed for success.

I wandered in for their soft opening and was impressed with what they’ve done with the space. It is tucked away down American Alley and really has a European feel to it, not just because of the British goodies, and British owners, but also because in Europe they utilize their alleys for little shops like this. The menu is mostly sandwiches, soups, and coffee/tea.
