Edible Arrangements

I had a fathers day package arranged for delivery, but was severely disappointed. I went through Edible Arrangements for the «WOW» factor but received anything but. A key part of the package I ordered was not delivered. When I found this information out hours after the delivery I called in to the store and was disappointed in their response. When I told them what happened, the response was «we knew that box fell off but weren’t sure which one of the orders it fell off of as it could have been a couple different arrangements». How about you call and verify receipt instead of taking your customers hard earned money and not doing anything about it? So needless to say, my intended wow gift became a nothing special first impression. Very unimpressed compared to other locations and competitors.

Want to ESPECIALLY thank our delivery man Carlos — we sent him to the wrong address and he called us, got the correct address, and drove there immediately to make the delivery … and he was SO PROFESSIONAL, so courteous, friendly, eager to help, promising «don’t worry, we’ll get this delivered!» reassuring us … just as nice as can be. And, even more importantly, the arrangement was SO BEAUTIFUL!!! Great experience, great gift, GREAT customer service, just A++++ great in every way. By the way — we were ordering, by phone, from Washington DC and this delivery was made by these folks in California. No distance problems at all! Perfect transaction, we’re thrilled.

I was in the shopping center and stopped for a smoothie. The store is located at a very convenient place (Target shopping center) and was very well organized and clean inside. They came out with newer drink that you can add on protein, flax seeds etc. which is awesome. I had _​_​which has fresh pineapple, kale, spinach, avocado, OJ, and requested to add strawberries. The drink was very delicious, very fresh. They had a display with arrangements and chocolate covered fruit, so I was tempted to try a few items. They were able to make me a fresh box then and there with They have this hazelnut topping that went great with the covered chocolate banana. The chocolate caramel apple was a bit to sweet for me but it is covered in tow thing so I really can’t complain. What really surprised me was the chocolate covered pineapple which turned out to be my favorite. The service and treats were great, I plan to order an arrangement soon for an event I will be hosting.

It is NOT recommended to ever order and pay for Edible Arrangements as a gift to be delivered. The company advertises gifts that can be shipped but has a policy of not leaving a delivery if no one is home. Therefore, if it is a gift and you want to surprise the recipient, this is next to impossible. The recipient HAS to be home when delivery is attempted. The holidays are especially busy. My relative tried to have a gift sent to me, paid EXTRA to have it delivered the same day. Unfortunately, the fine print, which indicated delivery could be as LATE as 9 p.m., was not closely read. No other business I know refuses to leave a gift package and then leaves a message on your cell phone «asking you to come pick it up in the store tomorrow or whenever» because they are «swamped because of the holidays.» I will be calling the store tomorrow to express my dissatisfaction and ask them to deliver the package that was PAID for to be delivered. Also, I, personally will never do business with this company again.

The stores new I know they’re just getting the hang of it, so I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt. This is my second time there, and both times I’ve they’ve been out of a lot of stuff. Both times the excuse has been were really busy in the morning, so we don’t have anything left this afternoon. So I’ll give them a couple more tries and see how it goes. Like I said their new !!! I wish them the best of luck
