After getting back from a long flight, and riding an hour long shuttle to Petaluma, Steve was there waiting for me and helped load my luggage. When I gave my address he knew exactly where I was talking about. It’s helpful when you have a taxi driver who knows what he’s doing and where’s he’s going.
I kept his number in my phone and will be using him again in the future because it makes my life easier. Isn’t that was a taxi is supposed to do?

Fast and reliable service. Accommodating to my schedule and go me to the bus terminal on time! Will definitely keep in mind the next time I need a taxi.

Had the need for a taxi earlier this week. Read the Unilocal reviews & picked this company. All good… clean, courteous, showed up exactly on time & avoided the parking lot (101@5pm). Driver was a nice local guy & I felt safe even though by myself. Highly recommend.

It was cool that they were available, and the guy was nice enough. But when I paid I charged 10 $ and I tipped 5 $ and later I checked my bank statement and they charged me 18 $. Not enough money to call them about, but I will not be using there services again :(

My husband and I spent the weekend wine tasking around sonoma and used j’s taxi. We were very happy with their service. All 3 drivers we had were very friendly, gave us recommendations on placing around, and got us to our destinations on time (even when we were running late) thanks guys!

J’s Taxi is by far the best Taxi company in town. From start to finish they are amazing! Their dispatchers are quick, responsive and above all friendly! They are always timely and arrive with a genuine smile. All of their drivers go out of their way to make sure traveling to your destination is enjoyable. I moved to Florida but have to return to Petaluma every four months for my doctor. The last time I was there i had to leave my hotel by 5 am to get to the San Francisco airport. I called this taxi company for my super early pick up. At exactly 4 55 am there was a knock at my door and he was very nice also helped me get all my bags in then drove me to the fairgrounds to wait for my shuttle service. Once at the fairgrounds he helped get my bags out and walked me to the door and made sure that I was taken care of. I don’t recall the exact price of the taxi ride but I know I was very pleased with the rate. I liked the service so much I have added the number to my contacts and will only use them to get around when I am back in April.

Talk about a Cab Company with Integrity! The Guys at J’s Taxis are friendly, reliable, quick, full of love for what they do! I would recommend this cab with extreme enthusiasm! You can not beat a company run with people that sincerely love what they do and will go out of their way to make you feel happy, comfortable and safe!
Make them your auto dial when your drunk at a club or something!!! AMAZING~~

J’s Taxi really seems to know what they’re doing. The taxi was extraordinarily clean. It was basically brand new. The driver was professional and courteous. I love that J’s is a locally owned and operated business. I would highly recommend J’s Taxi for any of your transportation needs.
