Utilizing my experience and successful career in the ophthalmic industry I decided to begin doing the things I enjoy most, which is working on a variety of projects related to training, education and the promotion of the vision and eyecare industry.

Mindi Lewis is a proven optical industry professional. Successful in achieving goals through leadership and strategic initiatives derived from long-​term broad range of business experience. Knowledge in the optical industry from the exam room and dispensing table to complex large account marketing and sales. Recognized as a valued team player. Excellent communication skills with diverse range of clients.

She brings a unique and strategic combination of skills and experience with her roots in opticianry and optometric technology and more than two decades of corporate experience and more recently an MA in Psychology, Organization Development.

Mindi is currently Managing Editor of 2020 Opticians Handbook On Line. She has had held positions in marketing, training, quality managment and sales at SOLA Optical, Carl Zeiss Vision and Essilor. She is a graduate of and former Instructor at St Petersburg College, Optometric Technology program.
