Although they have tons of stuff and most of what you would want, their customer service is THE WORST. Cashiers act like the customer is an irritation-‘please’,’ thank you’ NEVER pass their lips. LONG check out lines since no service person in the store would think to open another line when one cashier is overwhelmed. Recently I went there for something I couldn’t find at my favorite hardware store, and needed it right away. The ‘service’ people roaming the aisles had no clue what I was asking for (a relatively common item) and took me to the wrong place three times. The person I was asking for help, then threw up his hands and said «I guess we don’t have it” — no offer to find out from someone else. For ten years that we have lived in the area, we have called this place Bellesh**s, because the service is more like ‘customer serve us’. Avoid Belletetes if you can.
