Well fellow Unilocalers this review is for the Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Oconomowoc or Delafield Wisconsin I was there at 8 a.m. I got my oil change I was in and out in about 30 minutes considering I have a V8 and it takes a little bit longer to fill up and the guy that checked me in his name was Adam he was very polite and make sure I was in the system which are you was because I already had an oil change from a different location and a different state and he made sure that I got the order I want it pulled up my filter should to me obviously told him it’s okay and his one or two technicians checked all the tires with nitrogen and put them back where they should be I recommend if you’re in a hurry and you need something done right the first time I suggest you come here.

Wow! I haven’t even finished oil change yet and I am impressed with staff’s friendliness, thoroughness, communication, professionalism, efficiency, and overall service. These guys (Dave, Danielle and Timothy) take their job seriously!

I’ve been coming here for years, and have yet to encounter anyone less than awesome. They are honest, friendly and I never feel like they are pushing me to upgrade or purchase things I don’t truly need. I stop by between visits for tire checks, etc. and they are always eager to help.

Stopped here yesterday for an oil change and I was super pleased with the service. Anthony, their new store manager, was super helpful and gave us $ 15 off their midrange oil change. He gives good discounts and is super informative about their services. I will definitely be returning for my oil changes and their other system services!
