The food is excellent and the caterer is professional and efficient in serving AND in holding light conversation. I had succulent and tender barbequed ribs, sausage discs and the baked beans. The meats were good and tasty, but let me tell you about the «twisted» baked beans!!! He had crumbled browned ground beef into the baked beans and simmered it for awhile. They were SOOOO good! Well, my meal was super good also because of the company I shared around the table — I could (discreetly) lick my fingers and not feel out of place. My core consumer experience was awesome!

He is just starting his business, but has been cooking for a long time and you can tell… the ribs were outstanding. I can’t wait until he sets up shop in his food truck…
