Mathnasium of Pflugerville focuses solely on math, so we know how to teach it in a way that really connects with kids. Mathnasium centers across the country have helped struggling students develop into ‘A’ students and ‘A’ students go on to even greater achievements. Children at Mathnasium quickly learn that math can be fun and interesting as well as extraordinarily useful, both in terms of succeeding in school and for the valuable life skills that it provides. We are thrilled to be able to bring our Mathnasium Method to the parents and children of Pflugerville.

History

Established in 2003.

Importantly, the Mathnasium Method includes a number of approaches to make math fun and interesting. It uses a unique combination of mental, verbal, visual, tactile, and written techniques to help children really understand math and has been developed over more than 40 years of practical experience with thousands of students.

Meet the Business Owner

Sanjay B.

Business Owner

Sanjay is the Center Director at Mathnasium of Pflugerville. Prior to opening his Mathnasium center, Sanjay worked at the South Austin Mathnasium for the last 7 years, and working with Austin area youths since 2005. Sanjay has had a life long love of math dating back to his high school days competing with the Math team. Having seen the results of the Mathnasium Method, Sanjay is enthusiastic about helping every child in the Pflugerville community to truly understand math by teaching it in the way that makes sense to them. He has taught and tutored children of all ages, and he is committed to bringing the Mathnasium Method to the children in the community. In his spare time Sanjay can be found hiking, kayaking, and spending time with his wife. Sanjay is also a member of the Austin Chess Club.
