Pflugerville Dermatology & Aesthetic Center

I have been here a couple of times. Both times they were able to get me in within days and the wait time in the office was under 5 minutes. The office is clean and beautiful and everyone here is so nice. I never had any problems with insurance billing (which can be a pain at some health care providers) and I have never felt rushed. The dermatologist was very thorough and seemed quite knowledgeable. I had a biopsy done and she was very gentle, knowing that I am afraid of needles (they use a needle to numb). My results came back quickly too (benign). Love them!

As a first time patient, i always like to feel welcome and they staff definitely met that expectation. i was not only in and out, but the doctor was efficient and thorough. I felt that everything was addressed with speed but still not making me feel like a number to get finished. it was good balance of bedside manners and efficiency.

I went back since they are so close and am extremely happy with the results. I actually thought the doctor was so brief with me because of my previous review on here, but reading the other reviews was enlightening. I guess that’s just how he is. He was in and out with me in 15 minutes and I had a procedure done that left 16 holes in my face and plenty of blood. He called someone else in to help stop the bleeding because he had to go. I also did have to wait for over 30 minutes after they told me the doctor was running on time. Everyone was extremely nice and the doctor recommended I buy one of the face cleaning brushes they sell and I did and am really happy with the results here as well.

I have been going to this practice for just under a year for adult acne and even though I saw both the PA and Dr., my acne never got better. I did everything they said, bought all their expensive medicines and was very faithful in my regimen, yet no improvement. I will never go or recommend this place. I feel that 11 months is more than enough time to at least see an improvement.

I’ve been seen in this office 2 times now for different problems and I would go back. I was in the waiting room for less than 5 minutes both times. I have not seen the Dr., my appointments were with the P.A. I will go back and am having my husband go to see them.

I visited the center for a medical opinion of an issue I was having. I’ll have to see if the treatment works before updating my review. However, I can say that I was seen over 40 minutes past my appointment time and everyone was complaining in the waiting room. When the doctor came he was very young and personable. He was also quick to diagnose and seemed very confident (okay it read a little cocky but if you’re good at what you do, it’s understandable) and knowledgeable.
I will say that his diagnoses was like dropping a bomb on me and I felt like he could have been a little more smooth and gentle with that part. Otherwise, he was very nice and I liked his staff. I think once they get into a routine they will improve on the timing and delivery of diagnoses.
BTW, at the moment they are only open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 – 5.
