Moving your youngest child ½ way across the United States is no easy feat, and I had no clue where to begin. I «stumbled» upon Scott during my internet search. He quickly jumped in, listened to what I was looking for and narrowed down our housing choices. Based on his recommendations, we were able to find the perfect apartment in the perfect location.

Scott did an amazing job finding me the perfect apartment in the Arboretum area in the short time frame that I had. Coming from the 78 704 down south, I had no idea of where to begin looking up north. I found one of his listings on Craigslist and he was the only leasing agent to respond to my request. He was timely and responsive to any of my needs. Scott met up with me at Starbucks so that I wouldn’t have to drive up all the way to Pflugerville as well. He conducted an initial needs analysis to search for the perfect apartment for me. Anything I needed in my new home search, he inquired on my behalf. I felt very content with his knowledge and expertise on apartments in the area since I had no idea what to expect. I am very happy with the services Scott provided, and very happy in my new home.

Scott was paramount in helping me find my new condo in the hot 78 704 rental market. I needed to find something quick, as my current lease was about to expire. Scott was very professional and knowledgeable. He made several inquiries on my behalf before I finally settled on a place. He handled everything for me in a timely manner, often within seconds of my texting him with additional requests and questions. Scott also made sure that repairs were made to the unit and that it was in «move-​in ready» condition prior to me signing the lease. He was in constant communication with the listing agent at all times which helped expedite the process. I would definitely recommend Scott for all of your real estate needs whether leasing or purchasing!

My sister and I worked with Scott to help her find the perfect apartment during a house hunting trip in May. Coming from Madison, WI we had no idea what to expect in terms of the rental market in Austin and were impressed by how Scott navigated through an initial needs analysis and sent listings based on personal preferences and availability. Once we made it down to Austin he located a picturesque apartment in the Domain within the first day of touring places. He never strayed from the budget she had set and even managed to find places that would be within biking distance to work. I would recommend Scott to anyone looking to find a safe, affordable, and reputable apartment community in the Austin area. There is no way to even compare using a locator to a DIY apartment search. Scott is an unbeatable work ethic (24⁄7 availability) and proves to be an expert in what he does. To top it off he even has a sense of humor which kept us in good spirits because… lets face it. finding the perfect apartment can be stressful. I would highly recommend him!
