Brandon was the DJ for my wedding at Vista West Ranch and he did a great job. Guests our still telling me how good our DJ was.
Before our wedding Brandon called my now husband and I, because we live out of town, and he talked with us for over an hour to find out exactly what music we were wanting for our wedding. We told him the most important thing for us was that people had fun and danced. He was sure to keep everyone dancing until the very last song!
Brandon was quick to respond to any email and was very flexible with last minute song changes I made. I really can’t say enough good things about Brandon. Our wedding was so much fun and a huge part of that is because of him!

Michael was our wedding DJ, he was amazing! He called me prior to ask about details, was personable and SO much fun! He kept the dance floor rocking all night. As a bride, I felt my mission was complete when I looked over and the ENTIRE wedding was jamming on the dance floor!!!

Both DJ Mike and DJ Brandon are great when it comes to feeling out the crowd and playing music that keeps the dance floor full. Have seen both DJs at bars around Austin and Round Rock and enjoyed everything I heard. I would definitely recommend them! :)

I had the pleasure of working with Brandon Shabazz from Premier Entertainment Group. We have an annual Christmas party and altho we have had live bands in the past, we chose a DJ this year. What a great decision! Brandon worked with us weeks before the event to make sure all details were covered and any concerns addressed. At the party he did a wonderful job with delivering a music program in two different locations at the same time with different themes as well as adding accent lighting that was really fun. Our guests loved all of it. If you want a professional, creative music program, you should contact Brandon Shabazz at Premier Entertainment.

These guys are awesome and passionate about their job. I’ve had the pleasure of seeing both Brandon, and Michael in action as my company has used their services several times. They both deliver!

Word to the wise– DO NOT hire Première Entertainment Group as your DJ service for any event you care about. If you want a DJ that can read the crowd and entertain based off the mood of your guests, DO NOT hire première. If you want experience and a DJ who can command the room for important moments such as a toast/​speech, dinner instructions, etc… DO NOT hire première.
1. I was scheduled to have a conference call with Brandon 2 weeks before our wedding. It wasn’t until I contacted him 12 days late for our call that he realized he had missed our scheduled call. I am very laid back and realize humans forget things, so I let this slide… looking back this was red flag #1 that this company does not care for their clients.
2. After a very lengthy/​detailed conversation with Brandon he tells me he is NOT our DJ for our wedding. It is Michael… so we spent an hour discussing music and agendas and timeframes for what reason? I was so hesitant to believe he could relay everything to Michael that we discussed. I mention that we do NOT want any group dances played (cha cha slide, etc.) even though I had filled them out online, I wanted them removed. They’re so tacky. Furthermore, I stressed the details of my precessional song. I wanted my bridesmaids and I to walk out on the same song, so could the first 20 seconds be looped, etc. etc. I emailed this to Michael so he would know and he replied promptly saying no problem.
3. Day of our wedding as I am preparing to put on my dress they ask me if my officiant needs a microphone after I had filled out online that YES I need him to wear a lapel mic. ****This company will blame you for not filling out items online, yet casually forget the parts you do fill out online
4. incorrect precessional song… even though I highly doubt Brandon discussed anything with Michael, Michael received the email to have the correct song played and he failed to.
5. Our first dance was a disaster and will forever be a cringe-​worthy moment from my wedding. It brings me to tears because my husband and I value dancing and it is an important element in our life and relationship. He announced the first dance song and started playing a foreign version of the song I had never heard. I looked at him, politely told him «This is not our song. I do not know what this is» and what did he do? He restarted it. I told him again, this is not right, please find the normal version, please take the bass out of this, I can’t even hear the words… long story short, we stood there like idiots on our dance floor with all eyes watching and we never got to perform our choreographed routine for our guests.
6. He came to me 30 minutes later, as I am about to sit down to eat DINNER to tell me he magically found the song and should we redo our first dance? The moment had passed and we were so embarrassed that I said absolutely not.
7. Every group dance imaginable was played– YMCA, the Wobble, and whatever else after I specifically told Brandon we do not want those played
8. Our toasts were absolutely ruined as Michael did nothing to command the room. None of the guests knew it was time for toasts, no one knew there was champagne. We came home with 12 bottles of champagne because he never made an announcement. Drunk guests talked loudly the entire time as I held in my tears not hearing a single word my maid of honor or best man said.
9. Michael had no earthly idea what I meant by the garter game THAT WAS ON THEIR WEBSITE
10. The dance floor was never populated with guests. I asked if they were able to read the crowd and skip songs if no one was dancing and they promised me that… nope. just went down my list of songs as if I am a DJ myself and could gauge 2 weeks out from my wedding what songs would get people dancing?
11. He announced the «last song» and played the incorrect song, he ended up playing the correct song when I walked up and corrected him. The correct song, that was on my MAGICAL LIST that they say that stuck to… but obviously did not.
What irritates me the most is that they want to put all the blame on me and say they followed what I filled out online yet that wouldn’t match up because the songs I chose were not the ones Michael played. Furthermore. I’m not a DJ. I hired YOU to be my DJ you should know what to play to keep the crowd entertained and know how to command the room. There has yet to be an apology from Michael himself. Brandon has done all the talking and has offered nothing to help the situation. They should never hold conference calls with brides if they are not the DJ. Furthermore, if they can’t provide DJ services without a list that the bride picked out, they need a new career. We hire DJs because we are not a DJ. We don’t know what to play or how to command the room. Well, Première is in the same boat. There is a lack of experience and professionalism and an even greater lack of empathy in these two men. DO NOT HIRE THEM.

We have had the pleasure of working with Michael Bond several times for our company events. He is always very prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. I look forward to being able to book with Première Entertainment Group in the future! They’re the life of the party.
