I had a problem with the owner and a employee who caused me distress. They was trying to take advantage of my mother by not offering what they was advertising. They had to exchange the carpet in the living room, but it didn’t completely match the carpet in the other rooms of the house. This employee became very angry with me and hung up on me, very unprofessional when i was trying to help my mother because of her health condition. She told me i will only deal with your mother who purchased the carpet. I made a complaint to the BBB but the owner lied about the situation getting the BBB. He told them i was angry and telling them off and being abusive. First of all he us not my employer, and his employee was the one being abusive toward me by hanging up on me and having the gall to say i was the aggressive.
