Legacy Estates is located in Phenix City, AL just 5 minutes from Columbus and 15 minutes from Fort Benning. We offer 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartment homes. All of our units have recently been renovated with new paint, new flooring and carpet, updated fixtures and appliances in all apartments. Our 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments are townhouses with the living area downstairs and bedrooms and bathroom upstairs.
