I have been to this store twice and both times I had an amazing experience! The first time I walked in, Cara was assisting me and she was awesome! The second time I was in, I spend over an hour looking for work shoes. krista who was waiting on me was patient and amazing! Not only did she bring shoes I asked for but she brought out shoes I may like. Thank you so much for helping me, great customer service. For that reason alone, I will definitely be back!!!

Today I bought a pair of flats on sale here, which was my first purchase from this Aerosoles. All of the sales associates were friendly and very accommodating. They have a large sale section and I left happy with my $ 50 new pair of flats. I will definitely come again, especially because of their great location and prices!

I had an excellent experience buying shoes at the center city location. Staff are friendly, professional and helpful. The salesperson helping me brought additional shoe styles she thought I would like and she chose well! It’s so nice to enter a busy store and encounter pleasant salespeople. Compliments to all staff.

This review is not about the products, but about the service. As a whole, the style is how Karen F and Michelle C describe it– a bit«old-lady». The shoe shapes are boxier and not as sleek as I would like. However, I took my mother here and the shoes really suit her style– comfort without all the bells and whistles and snazziness. The service here is absolutely stellar. The associates really pay attention to you and make you seem like your business is really appreciated. When you ask for a certain size to try on, they sometimes bring you other styles that are similar. They are thoughtful and not pushy at all. The checkout process is also very pleasant and everyone in the store is all smiles, so you leave the store all smiles as well!

A great shoe shopping experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are always new items in stock so it pays to stop by frequently. Aerosoles are both fashionable and comfortable. They are good quality and hold up well. I bought my first pair in NYC at an Aerosoles store eight years ago and they are still in good condition and the style continues to be sold. I love the Philly store and visit whenever I am in Center City.

I won’t wear heels! There! I said it & mean it! Seriously, I like my feet pain free because pain isn’t beauty. Plus, I’m accident prone. never a good thing in wearing heels. That being said, I like Aerosoles shoes & wear them to death. I finally had to toss my pumps because I wore them out after 7 years. Danced the nights away, hopped over a few fences… yes, in a pair of stylist pumps & did a 100 yard dash with no problem.(Cops shutting down the party???*gone like the wind*) I don’t get how some people think Aerosoles are old lady shoes. What?!? I’ve been wearing these puppies since college & have gotten a lot of complements on how stylist the shoes are. They do something new every season to keep the brand hip & chic. And did I mention no pain in the feet? Well, Aerosoles are very comfortable. Walking around in a pair of heels is torture & why ruin you’re pedicure & have bleeding toes when you can be stylist & comfortable? Again, pain isn’t beauty. What I like even more is the store. It’s usually packed with women browsing or buying so it’s lively atmosphere. I just wish they had more sales people on the floor during the busy, overly crowded times. But if you just want the shoes & just the shoes, you can order online & pick them up at the store. That’s sweet!!! If you love your feet, stick with Aerosoles.

Karen F hit the nail on the head in saying that sometimes the shoes in Aerosoles come off a bit«old-lady.» That said, they occasionally have something super unexpected and cute, and when there’s a sale, it’s worth stopping in just for a quick look. Not to mention, the shoes are designed for comfort, from sandals to wedges. Even the high heeled, open-toed, suede booties, which I’ll be returning for late this month as the fall months loom. The only problem with actually entering the doors is that the women who work in the store are serious sales professionals. They are experts in the art of shoe selling: complimenting the look of shoes when you have them on, mentioning how much they love their own pair at home, talking up the sale price, bringing out similar styles in addition to the pairs that you asked to try on, etc. It’s easy to slip out of the store when you don’t try anything on, but if you do, prepare for the hard sell.

Comfortable walking shoes disguised as fashion. This location is also dog-friendly.

shoe shopping usually leaves me in tears — i can’t stand walking on heels, and i have unnaturally wide feet. i was about to buy some cheap uncomfortable ridiculously towering heels at one of those fly-by-night stores that line chestnut street, when i stopped into aerosoles and found the most perfect pair of *comfortable* cute platform sandals, ever. i proceeded to rush home so i could buy three more pairs online, because there’s no way i’m biking home with four shoe boxes in the milk crate. thank you aerosoles, my shoe dilemma is over until i wear through these four and/or it snows. i love you. p. s. awesome staff.

very friendly, easy-going and attentive staff, so much so that i was almost looking THAT much harder to find something to buy to get them commission, but they didn’t have the boots in my size. i wish more stores had service comparable to them.

I am giving a high review to Aerosoles because both myself and my 5 year old(yes, 5) enjoy trying on shoes here. I was even able to find some decent, low priced(39.99 — 59.99) comfortable«classic» shoes that are great for work. There is a very nice man at the Walnut Street Aerosoles(Jax? Jack? — white gay guy — very nice) who has sold me now 2 pair of «moc croc» loafers. Plus they humored my little one by letting her march around the store in faux leopard, high-helled ankle booties. She was in heaven. Had they not been $ 99 I might have bought them just for her dress up! Meanwhile — I like the shoes here. Not a holy grail — but good, cheap workaday shoes that(sometimes) don;t look too old-lady.
