We have made two custom design purchases here and have no complaints. Our most recent experience was over and above what I expect from a business. After bringing home the steel pieces and determining we had to take a different approach, I was frustrated that we’d have to make another purchase and wait days to try again. Anvil came to the rescue by taking back our steel, reusing two ring elements, and creating our new design within hours. All of that with no additional charge! The weekend project was saved and we are even more dedicated customers than we were before. THANK YOU ANVIL IRON WORKS!
