Since 1984, we treat gardening as an Art form! Avant Gardens has primarily focused on designing and building luxury townhouse gardens in the Philadelphia area. We offer landscape maintenance for all types of sites including residential, commercial and municipal clients. We service a varied and wide array of sites from Condos, Churches, Synagogues and Apartment buildings to CVS’s and Burial Grounds. We are currently actively engaged in the Rain Check program thru PWD. We also offer snow and ice removal. We can maintain any site and mow any lawn, we also offer organic lawn care and can maintain almost any landscape big or small. We build what we design from roof top decks and green roofs to small garden niches and all types of gardens even Rain Gardens.

Avant Gardens was founded in the Fishtown area of Philadelphia; Avant Gardens has primarily focused on designing, building and maintaining luxury townhouse gardens in the Philadelphia area. We also provide landscape maintenance for residential, commercial and municipal clients as well as snow and ice removal. We maintain all types of landscapes both large and small. We mow lawns and can establish them with either seed or sodding. We have planted and designed everything from a single street tree to more involved gardens, flower beds and borders. From spring cleanups to fall leaf removals we do it all including hardscapes; such as patios, walks, and retaining walls. We also build custom carpentry projects and design arbors, trellis, benches, storage containers and fencing. In recent years we successfully completed a million dollar contract with the Philadelphia Housing Authority, The Philadelphia Water Dept. and currently maintain the planters and the Streetscape for the Pennsylvania
