This is a great little park next to the Art Museum. It’s the perfect place to have a picnic or sunbathe, and it’s usually a lot less crowded than other areas around the museum. It has a bunch of pretty flowering plants, and while most of them are in full bloom in the spring, there are still some flowers left there now. There are also several big trees that provide good shade if you want to get out of the sun for a while. FYI beware of the numerous bees that like to hang out in the archway/gazebo on the side of the park closest to the Schuylkil. I often run through this entrance of the park, and I have to slow down to avoid all the bees!
