Services are conducted by an impressive team of Registered Dietitian Nutritionists, Food Scientists, Certified Yoga Instructors, Personal Trainers and Licensed Acupuncturists.

B.Komplete was founded by Beryl Krinsky a Licensed and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a M.S. in Food Science and a M.B.A. in Food Marketing. She has over 10 years of corporate experience with nutrition and food companies. Beryl has worked for national wellness programs and has a deep understanding of what clients need to actually achieve success. Beryl and her colleagues understand that not only do their clients want data backed by science, they also need actionable information presented in an engaging manner.

Beryl Krinsky is a Registered Dietitian with a B.S. in Human Nutrition, Food, and Exercise from Virginia Polytechnic State University, a M.S. in Food Science from North Carolina State University, and an M.B.A. in Food Marketing from Saint Joseph’s University.

Beryl owns B. Komplete, LLC, her corporate nutrition and wellness business. Beryl has over 12 years of experience in the food and nutrition industry, and has worked for major food corporations. She has lectured widely on various nutrition and food topics including cardiovascular disease, diabetes, weight management, sports nutrition, understanding food products, new product innovation and the sensory attributes of food. Beryl has taught cooking classes and created numerous recipe make-​overs.

Beryl is a contributor in the nutrition community and belongs to the American Dietetic Association.

When she is not working, she loves cooking, exercising, and spending time outside with her family, friends, and pet bunny rabbit.
