A little bit about how and why our business is called baseklas™… The idea for our name started from the computer programming term «base class». In object-​oriented programming, a base class is the highest or parent class that passes on its properties to the other classes. It’s related to our philosophy that the best and highest quality technology should be what lies behind every beautiful and functional site and application, web or mobile alike. So with regards to our company name, we changed class to klas, and voilà — we had a name that is unique and at the same time connected to what we do.

I love small businesses. On any given day now, you can find me defining our market and technology roadmap, & working with our team and clients to deliver and launch projects. Prior to baseklas™ I held a number of consulting, product development & technology cross-​functional roles at 3 Fortune 500 companies: Fiserv /​Checkfree, JP Morgan Chase & Co, & TransUnion. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Goldey-​Beacom College, where I graduated Magna Cum Laude
