So when I was in Atlantic City I tried and fell in love with the Cotton Candy Ice Cream. So I check online for locations and saw there was one at 30th street station and the website said they DO have the cotton candy ice cream. So I made the trek(a 3 mile walk) to 30th street to get said cotton candy ice cream. I get there and ask for it, the person at the counter says«they stopped carrying it.» What a waste of a trip, the website should not say that you have something and then I go there and you don’t have it. I won’t be going here again.

I am CUCKO for coconuts so the«7 Layer Coconut Bar» flavor(in store only) knocked my socks off. 5 stars for the quality, flavor and consistency of this amazing flavor. 3 stars for the lack luster dude at the store however. I know that B&J stores seem to be clean and sanitary — the stand at 30th Street Station was far from up to par compared to other locations. I needed to request that my scoop of ice cream NOT have bits of the neighboring flavors included in it — ew.

I came here for free cone day earlier this week. I knew it was going to be a zoo, so I was prepared for the wait, but the Ben and Jerry’s staff were very organized and moved people through the line quickly. My friends and I only waited about 15 minutes to get a cone, and they gave me a heaping scoop. The staff were friendly, and the ice cream was, of course, delicious!

Ben & Jerry’s contacted me after this, which shows that they care about their customer’s concerns. They get a big thumbs up for doing this!
