They were going to discontinue a color on a product that a large client of ours uses and after speaking with our rep they kept the product for us. I was a Bodek & Rhodes customer for over 20 years. I too run a family business but my customers are very important to me. Bodek & Rhodes has poor customer service and does not care to work with their customers. Spend your textile substrate dollars somewhere else. They don’t care. .

Bodek & Rhodes screwed up every order I ever sent them. On 1 big order, they mis-packed about 5% of my order and then would not issue me a credit for their mix-up. They are now suing me for the $ 1500 that I refused to pay after cutting them a check for about $ 15,000 for the stuff they got right on the order. Their customer service people just yelled at us for complaining. Marc Seiler and Mike Rhodes are both unreasonable and terrible to do business with and would not even consider the fact that they cost us tons of money on their incorrectly shipped items. They play nice until you question their high mix-up percentage, and don’t even think about getting a credit on something they screwed up. They’re a family run company, and I wish they would have been nicer to my family run company :( Use SanMar or Alpha/Broder if you want to avoid being yelled at and sued for things Bodek & Rhodes can’t properly account for…
