so, I lost my debit card and followed the bank’s instructions in requesting a new card. I faxed in the request form and was told it would be 2 weeks to get a new one. that period passed and I did not receive a card. I was told 16 days later that the form was never processed and it would be another 2 – 3 weeks before a card would be issued. does one have to be slow to work at this bank?
