I called Ed when our 8-​year old desktop gave up the ghost and we discovered our external hard drive that we *thought* was automatically backing up the desktop’s contents was not. I am so glad I took the step of contacting him instead of forking over a ridiculous fee to a tech crew at a big-​box store. He rescued the contents of our desktop drive and determined that the computer itself could not be fixed, and for a fraction of what we would have paid to the big box squad.
Ed makes house calls, or you can make arrangements to drop off your troublesome machine. Some problems he can deal with remotely.
