Casella Cleaning Services

I had Casella come clean my house once when my regular person was not available. I spoke with Eddie, the owner, and he was very helpful. The cleaning was to begin between 8 – 9 a.m. and be finished by 1 p.m. At 1 p.m., when I had guests arriving they told me they needed 30 more minutes. (Normally, the house cleaner takes 2 ½ hours to clean the house. Casella had one extra person and was already 3 ½ hours into it.) I pitched in to clean a bathroom and wipe down the floor to speed the process. Still I was not upset when I was called for feedback. I was in a bind again and called to schedule another cleaning for another Friday at 8 a.m. (which was in my contract.) When I called that morning they had me down for 2 p.m. I was able to get someone else in to clean BUT was charged for the cleaning by Casella.
Originally, I called Casella to speak to them but they never returned any messages so I am in the process of disputing it with my credit card company. What I find so distressing is that they produced a log (which the credit card company sent me) showing they were at my house for an hour that day. Clearly it does not take an hour to clean my house and at the time they said they were there, my other cleaning person was there WITH ME.
I find this company completely untrustworthy. If you give them your credit card they will charge it regardless of what they did or did not do.

I booked an appointment with this company from a discount flyer in the mail. Being new to the area, I needed my homes first cleaning and was looking for someone on a regular basis. The only efficient thing I have seen so far is how quickly they took my credit card info. What I had not done was see their Unilocal review as for this area they did not have one — before this one — but checkout the reviews for casella cleaaning — yes misspelled — for Boston and you will see all you need to see to not waste your time here.
It’s 1:51PM on Saturday and I’m still waiting for the crew to show up for my 8am apt and for the return email from the office manager that I was supposed to see in 5 minutes — from 10am.
This company totally messed me over and will never be allowed in my home. If you hire them — good luck!

I have multiple locations threw out NJ and Philly and I always have tenants viewing, moving in or moving out of my places, Casella’s is a very flexible company that does post construction cleanings to spring cleanings no matter the size they always adapt, I get carpets clean and air ducts even the vents and windows! They detail perfectly and I’m very pleased with each and every service.
