History

Established in 2006.

Cerulean Arts is a Philadelphia art gallery and studio dedicated to promoting the importance of art within the community. Proprietors Michael Kowbuz and Tina Rocha have brought together their experiences in teaching and practicing art, retail, art history and architecture to create a unique place for people interested in the various aspects of art.

Over the last eight years, Cerulean Arts has exhibited the work of over 100 artists and offers for sale handmade items from an additional 100 artisans. Whether you’re a collector, someone just stopping in to buy a unique gift or an aspiring artist seeking instruction, Cerulean Arts strives to meet all your artistic needs.
