Charlwin Apartments

Charlwin is horrible. The management is horrible. The only thing nice about this place is the location, and the management takes full advantage of that. Since moving in we have had issues with mice, spiders, snakes, and BED BUGS. Management didn’t help with any of these situations, and they actually made me and my roommate pay for the bed bug treatment. Additionally, we had a near break-​in to our apartment, the door was cracked in and would not lock. My roommate and I left so that the door could be fixed by management. The door was never fixed; they ignored our calls, and we struggled to get them to compensate us for the time we were not in the apartment. They have attempted to charge both us and our neighbors non-​existent charges. The management is rude, disorganized, and useless. I have hated living there since week two of moving into this complex. If you are a medical student, the apartment is not worth the hassle. You will constantly be fighting with them to fix things and do their jobs. This was by far the worst living experience I have had to endure.
