This place has serious problem with seasoning. Ordered roast pork pan fried noodles and roast duck noodle soup. The pan fried noodles are way too salty to have a second bite. The roast pork does not seem to be made from fresh pork. The noodle soup, on the other hand, is tasteless and the roast duck tastes like it has been soaked in some kind of chemical. I highly recommend this place if you need some inspiration to feel good about the other things in your life.

This is my favorite place! Every time when I finish school they are still open. I just call them when I left school, by the time I get there, the food is ready to pick up.

Every restaurant named after China must be something good. I came here twice a week just for a taste of traditional Chinese food. Services are quick and there’s no need to get food in Chinatown. Because it was same! No need to cost extra Tokens and eat something far away. What else do you expect? traditional Chinese food in your campus I give it a FIVESTAR.

The food is so so, not different from other Chinese food places such as the one on Cicil B Moore ave(about 200 ft away). I give 3 stars because of the price. I ordered 1 beef and broccoli and 4 chicken wings, total price = $ 13.75. It’s because it’s new and I wanted to give it a try, otherwise I could have paid only $ 8.00 max at Garden Kitchen on C B More where I used to go to. It looks like they’re charging premium prices for regular stuff, I will never come back here again.

For being one of the businesses on The Shops at Avenue North strip, I was not expecting the best quality… but boy was I wrong. Every time I have came into this restaurant, I was amazed by their quality and quick service. Probably one of the best Chinese-American restaurants I have ever been to. I’m quite surprised there isn’t a Unilocal page for this place! They have many Chinese-American and traditional dishes(e.g. Crispy pork intestines) — a good meal can run you around $ 6-$ 7. They have specials from around $ 10-$ 16. For the food, everything taste fresh and perfectly seasoned. I’m not much of a noodle person, so I will only be reviewing their hot entrees over rice. For about $ 7, you can get your choice of two meats and a fried egg on rice(meat selection: spare ribs, roast duck(yum!), beef stew, chicken, roast pork…). I don’t recommend the spare ribs because they were tough when I had it. On a side note, some of their dishes do include some vegetables(i.e. Chinese broccoli). If you are feeling a bit adventurous, you can try the crispy pork intestines. It comes on a bed of pickled daikon/carrot and a dipping sauce with rice. The waitress/waiter will most likely chuckle at your order and confirm if you REALLY want it. I liked it, but it might not be for you… just saying. For dessert, get their red bean soup! It’s comforting and has an aftertaste of orange peel which I love.
