For the past 11 years, Nick F. Cifaldi, has been the President and Acquisition Specialist of Cifaldi Property Investments, LLC. Nick is passionate about the company and genuinely enjoys meeting and helping people out of «ugly situations.» Prior to CPI, Nick was Vice President of Operations for a furniture distributor for 15 years.
