Cityview Condominiums

The only reason I’ll now give this place even 2 stars is because the former management was great! They empathized with tenants, which isn’t the experience I’m having now. My place was great to come home to, wonderful area, great amenities, but structure… a different story. Different odors have a way of really getting into units, particularly cigarette smoke. Yes, this building isn’t smoker free, and I feel my only alternative now is to look for a building that values healthy living. I basically smell like a smoker daily, neighbor chain smokes apparently, and management won’t or can’t do a thing about it. Nonsensical to allow smoking within units, but can’t smoke within a certain distance from building. Nothing helps… I have more Febreze plugins than average, yankee candles in every room, and air freshener daily. I wouldn’t take my chances if you’re a nonsmoker looking for a pleasant experience… breathing.

Since they are condos, each unit is different. The unit my friend lived in was totally not worth it. He paid $ 1200 for a tiny studio. There was literally no room for anything and the place was carpeted. The only nice was his view. However, the neighbor across the hall has a great apartment and very modern. The plus side is the pretty decent gym. The front desk is staffed 24 hours, so you can always retrieve your packages. The front desk staff is also pretty nice and helpful.

CV is a great location. Four bus routes within a block that will take you anywhere in the city, a drug store, dry cleaner and WaWa across the street. A bank, nail salon and restaurant in the building. Whole Foods a block away and some of the city’s best restaurants in the immediate area. You’re in the city but not surrounded by tall buildings — a view that extends 7+ miles. Close to all the fun on the BF Parkway but enough removed not to get gridlocked. Pool and gym included. Love it here.

I am revising my review because management has been very nice to me since my whole neighbor ordeal and finally realized my neighbor just sucks. No complains since they told her to deal with it. Other than that everything is amazing once again.

Four months into my lease and no problems. Had a new tenant move into next to me and does nothing by complain about my television. I’ve heard managements phone calls constantly. Turned it down to respectable volume levels, –30db to –35db and person still complains. I loved this place up until this moment, but now i realize that the walls are paper thin.
If you don’t mind paying above average prices for rent then your golden. Gym and Pool included. Great location, Young professionals, clean place with front desk and garage security who also calls you when you got a package. Parking is extra in most cases, management is picky about when the pool is open and there is a jacuzzi and tennis court that haven’t been fixed in years. Tennis court has a tree growing in the middle.
