Needed to get my car inspected in a pinch. Called ahead on a Thursday, and set up an appointment. They ended up running late and I needed to get back, so I came back again on a Friday. Made another 4pm appointment, but still had to wait about an hour and a half before my car was looked at.
They apologized and got started. The car needed a headlight and a tail light to pass, which they did for a reasonable price. In the end, the emissions computer was not ready to pass, so I’ll have to come back.
Sam as really friendly throughout, just wish I didn’t have to wait so long after making an appointment. Seems like they deal with a lot of demanding customers, but he kept a friendly attitude throughout the interaction.

I like an establishment that educates you on their service prior to serving you. Thanks Joe and Jamal for excellent service at every visit. I will be back to purchase an additional 2 more tires before the end of the year.
