Andre was the most helpful associate I’ve ever had in the photo department!!! Great employee for CVS. I can’t thank him enough for helping me!

I had been giving them my business as a regular customer for over 20 years and then quite a few nasty managers almost all who were young women, and cashiers started to work there and I had unjustified bad experiences with them and I hadn’t experienced anything like this at any other drug, food or clothing stores. There are some women who weren’t that nice at other stores but not to the nasty crazy extremes at this CVS!
Two managers at two different local CVS stores said as soon as I told them about my bad experiences there, that they knew about that store and that there were really rude people who worked there and that many of the customers who used to go there, were now coming to their CVS stores! The second manager at the second CVS who told me this, said this to me about a week after the first manager at another CVS told me this, and I didn’t even tell him what the other CVS store manager told me!
In the last two years or so they got some new different employees working there, and the newer ones who were first there were nice, but they left and it’s not much of an improvement and a few of some of the orginial staff are still there who weren’t great but aren’t so nasty either. Their prices are not inexpensive either. But the pharmacists were always nice and I never had any problems with them there.
