My rental apartment has been managed by Dalin for 1 yr+ now. Compared to the previous management company, they have done 200% better. First of all, when the management changed hands, the first thing they did was visit the apt and document the appliance info so they were prepared. Since then, most of the time my request has been followed up promptly. Also, the contractors they hired to fix various things in my apartment seemed more trust worthy. I’m grateful they have been managing the apartment and have high hopes that the commitment will continue.

I have been a tenant in a property managed by Dalin for approximately 3 months in Center City and have been thoroughly impressed with my rental experience. Dalin Property Management has been extremely courteous and responsive via email and phone (within 24 hours or less) to any issues that my roommates and I have had with our property. Furthermore, the use of an online payment system for rent and some utilities is much more convenient than dealing with mailing rent checks. Definitely recommend looking for properties managed by Dalin if you want a professional and responsive landlord!

Dalin Property Management has been great. I and three others rented a small row home and they have been extremely professional and courteous at all times. When our air conditioner broke, our landlord Scott responded within 24 hours and made sure a new one was installed quickly (less than 24 hours again). Any question or problem we have, Dalin has been very prompt. And being able to pay rent online is a huge plus for people who are busy. I highly recommend them!
