I have a 1997 BMW 5 series that has 80,000 miles on it and is in immaculate condition. I don’t drive it much, so I have it connected to a battery conditioner in my car. About a year ago, though, as I was taking that out of the trunk (where the battery is), the handle broke and it landed with a metallic scrape, causing several chips right down to the bare metal on the top of the trunk. After living with that for a few months, I finally had enough and stopped by on my way home (I live less than a mile from them). Even though it was a Saturday at lunchtime, with jobs far more extensive than mine, they took a look, brought it into their bay, touched up the paint chips, and I was out of there in less than 20 minutes. Considering it was an 18 year old original paint job in Oxford Green Metallic (which Google told me was almost impossible to match). We all knew going in that touch ups would never be perfect, but the job they did was way better than I’d thought possible without a complete repaint. I couldn’t have asked for a better service, value, and quality of work.

Recently had my 2014 Ford Fusion repaired here. Called in the morning and Jim was enthusiastic to meet me the same day for an estimate. When I brought it in, it only took two days. They even offered to touch up all the little dings and scratches for free because they had some extra paint. The service was great all around, I would definitely recommend them. If you need to rent a car, avoid the hertz rental car across the street though.

I don’t even know where to start… About three weeks ago I noticed one of my most valuable possessions had went from perfect to not so perfect. Someone hit my year old Elantra and left a huge dent above the wheel and left a nice chip in the paint. My mother referred me to this location, since I didn’t know who did it I had to pay out of pocket to get it fixed. I have a pretty busy life, working a full time and a part time job so I don’t really have time during the week to look around for places for estimates. I ended up going with them because my mother referred me and I cannot begin to explain how absolutely excited I was when I saw my car. It looked like it was brand new. I literally asked out loud «is this even my car?» The work done was perfect, it looks like a brand new car taken off the dealership lot. Paul even detailed the inside of my car! I was shocked, and utterly confused because it was so beautiful and perfect I seriously thought it wasn’t my car. I cannot begin to explain how absolutely satisfied and happy I am with how perfect they made my car look, I am definitely recommending everyone I know to come here. And if you’re like me and have a lease and really need your car to look perfect, you’ve found the right place. Highly highly highly recommended for ANY detail or car work!!!

The best service around! Had a side swipe on my car and brought in to get an estimate on the price to fix. Paul told me they would see how the side swipe looked after they wet sanded and buffed the area. The damage was gone, completely out of sight! The whole experience was a delight and I refer any locals who need auto body assistance to see Paul at DeGiovanni’s!

Everything about this shop is great. I grew up in my father’s autobody shop and this place is absolutely top notch.
My 2013 RAV4 got sideswiped down the driver’s side. Jim and his crew fixed the doors and fender in a week and returned my car with great paint job. They even detailed the entire car before I picked it up.
If you have Allstate insurance, they’ve got an adjuster in their lobby making communication between companies and the transition of monies easy as pie.
Periodic calls about the status of my car were greatly appreciated as well.

Met with Jim the same day I filed out a claim with my husband’s insurance company. I was able to drop my car off and he hooked me up with a rental car from Enterprise right down the street. Jim was nothing but accommodating, super sweet and very understanding. He was patient and willing to help me with all my needs. When enterprise was unable to come and get me, Jim went out of his way and drove me and my son right down to enterprise himself. Now that’s what I call great service! In addition, I loved the updates I received from the company. The updates pretty much explained what my truck status was and this was super helpful. Also, my truck was done in 1 week.

I was in an accident in early June and I took my car to Degovanni’s. I can’t give them 5 stars because it took over a month for them to fix my car (which is partially my insurance/​leasing company’s fault and also due to the nature of the damage), but everyone there was extremely nice and helpful (especially Taslima, the front desk receptionist) when I called to check on the status (which was pretty much daily). Towards the end I was worried I would be without a car because my insurance only covered up to 30 days, but they took it upon themselves to work to get my rental extended the necessary number of days so that never wound up being an issue. Jim knew I was stressed out about the repair, so he even gave me his cell phone number to call him outside of regular business hours. When I did finally get my car back, the quality of the work was top notch and Jim personally took me down to look at my car and also make me aware of some other things I may want to get looked at that I hadn’t noticed before. All things considered, I would take my car back to Degovanni’s.

I had my car repaired by DeGovanni Collision Experts and they exceed all expectations. Taslima, Paul, and Jim were friendly and knowledgeable and their outstanding service took all of the stress out of dealing with my car accident.
In addition to providing regular updates on the repair process, they were more than happy to touch up a few scratches unrelated to the accident and even fixed my car’s malfunctioning throttle body even though the malfunction was unrelated to the accident.

I was rear ended recently, and was referred here by my insurance company. I just have to say WOW!
Great Service! Jim was really nice and assured me he could make it look good as new. Boy was I pleased. After getting the car back last week I have a brand new bumper and my car looks like nothing ever happened.
I also asked if he could fix a few other small areas that were unrelated to the accident. They charged a very fair price and really improved the look of these areas! I will definitely be bringing my car back here for any future body or paint work!

I recently had my bumper repaired here. I met Jim and he took a look and assured me he could fix it and I’d never notice where the indent was. He gave me a fair quote on the spot.
I wanted to take the quote home to think about it and he didnt push me to make an appointment right away. I called back a few hours later and scheduled for about a week out. I dropped my car off and I was out of the office in about 5 minutes and on my way to work.
Jim called the next day, right on time, and said the car was done. I couldn’t get there until a little after 5 and they stayed late for me so I could pick it up. Jim came out and made sure I was happy with everything before I left.
The office called me today, two days later, to make sure I was happy with everything. I would defintely recommend this auto body shop to friends and family.

Degovanni’s was AWESOME. I had a neighbor mess up my bumper while trying to park. I took it to Degovanni’s and they gave me an estimated date and had it back to me by that date!
They offered me the option to replace the whole bumper and gave me what I thought was a fair estimate. When I declined, they didn’t push (so refreshing!).
Not only did they do an AMAZING job (it looks like a brand new bumper!), they also washed the car, vacuumed the inside and cleaned my windows! As a busy dog-​owner, I can tell you they saved me hundreds of dollars in detailing just by doing me this awesome courtesy.
I had never been to Degovanni’s before… I only went because it was it was covered by my neighbor’s insurance. I won’t go ANYWHERE else in the future!

Had a minor fender bender back in February where I got rear-​ended. Went to Degovanni and while Kevin was busy on hold trying to go through someone’s insurance for a 6(!)-year-old claim, he came out to my car, gave me a date to come back when the part would be ready, and wrote it down for me.
When Hertz across the street screwed up my rental car the day of the work, he called Enterprise and they came and picked me up. The next day, my car was ready with a brand new bumper and cleaned on the inside.
Hopefully I would not have to go back, but if I ever need a collision service, I will go back!

Stopped in for a simple estimate and although their sign states «Free Estimates» they are apparently too busy to adhere to willing customers. I was told that they were too busy on Mondays and Tuesdays and that I should return this coming Wednesday.
I will not return and am not willing to do business with a shop that is unwilling to assist and aid customers.

You don’t typically get service like this when you’re dealing with body repair shops. The DeGovannis are fair, accommodating and friendly. Loretta and Marty will do whatever it takes to make sure you are taken care of with as little inconvenience to you as possible. Their work is excellent — you will leave with your car looking and feeling like new. I highly recommend DiGovanni’s to everyone I know. Although getting in an accident nearly always results in a huge headache, the DiGovannis certainly made my experience a lot less painful.
