Jordan’s review describes one’s experience at DeSimone Jewelers very accurately. Will, Lou, Nick, et al. are extremely talented in each of the tasks they perform, work well as a unit, and are professional and honest with their customers. Will was very enthusiastic about the whole search and really took the time to educate me on how to select the right one. By the end of it, I felt like I had graduated from an intensive diamond seminar; I knew exactly what I wanted for my wife-​to-​be. Together, Will and I carefully considered all of the options within my price range, ruled out those where marginal differences in quality/​characteristics translated to major difference in price, and narrowed our search down to the perfect stone. I could not have found a better price for the value. To top everything off, Will really is a great guy. He’s extremely down to earth and made me feel as if I were working with a friend through the whole process. I genuinely enjoyed what I was expecting to be a daunting ordeal.
Fast forward one month. My fiancé couldn’t be happier with her engagement ring. She is constantly looking down at her newly-​sparkling digit and is very satisfied that the ring that will be on her finger for the rest of her life was fashioned by DeSimone Jewelers.

The guys at Desimone are a class act. With a lot of shady people on jewelers row, these guys are people you can truly put your faith in and trust.
I first called Desimone to schedule an appointment with my girlfriend (now finance) to look at some rings and get a feel for what she liked. On the phone, Will asked me about what I was interested in and my prospective price range so he could pull out some things for me before we got there.
When we arrived, the experience was totally different than anything I had so far experienced while shopping for rings. There wasn’t any fancy signs or crazy diamond lights in the store and it was 100% of a different feel than your cookie-​cutter commercial jewelers stores. These guys don’t use fancy diamond lights to make their pieces look good, their craftsmanship does that.
Anyway, Will and the guys there not only walked us through different designs and diamonds, but EDUCATED us on the whole diamond buying process. I mean a legit lesson that probably spanned over and hour about everything you need to know about diamonds and making an educated purchase. By the time I walked out, I felt like an informed consumer. When I got home, I fact checked everything he said to me and he was 100% truthful and correct.
The guys then hand designed a custom ring and setting for me according to what I asked for, and the outcome was better than I could have imagined. The ring was beautiful, and it was exactly what my fiancé wanted. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for an engagement ring, or any type of jewelry piece. While I was in there, I heard many customers come in saying they were from all over the country, but they made sure they stopped by Desimone whenever they were in the area. These guys are professional, honest, and all around great people. Not once did they try and push me out of my price range that I had decided on.
**In fact, they actually tried to talk me down in the size of diamond I wanted to buy and made me realize that the slight increase in size wasn’t worth the additional money. I don’t know of any other jeweler that would do this.
These guys will not only be doing our wedding bands, but any custom jewelry in the future.

Well, if you are at the #2 stage in your life, this review may be for you. I am hesitant to write this review because I feel like I may be breaking some sort of man-​code. This place is kind of a best kept secret.
After you have done your research to learn about the the 4 c’s, go see Will (Will DeSimone that is). Those in the know have trusted DeSimone family jewelers for decades. They make beautiful, custom designed Engagement rings, necklaces, etc. The prices are very reasonable. You’ll make an appointment over the phone. When you go to the building, you will go up to the 3^rd floor and they will buzz you in. You will not find an elaborate showcase, it does not work that way. You will work with a super friendly, honest, extremely knowledgeable, absolutely no pressure sales staff (Will or Lou). You will hand select your diamond and help design a one of a kind mounting. That’s it, it’s done! Whew… Now that wasn’t so bad. Your ring will be made within a few weeks or so. Your purchase includes an appraisal upon delivery. DeSimone also makes custom designed wedding bands that will not overpower/​compete with her Engagement Ring, it will compliment it.
tip: If you have renters/​home owners insurance, make sure expensive jewelry is covered as well; you may need to add a ‘rider’ to the policy.
