Enzo Custom Clothiers was established on February 14, 2011 with the philosophy that custom menswear should be an investment, but it doesn’t have to be an expensive one. Growing fast and exploding with satisfied customers, Enzo Custom Clothiers is now located in four premier showrooms: Manhattan, New York City, Philadelphia, and Washington D.C.

Unbelievable experience! From start to finish, Sarah did such a fantastic job. The first appointment was so educational — both my husband and I learned so much about what to look for and ask for in clothing. Today, my husband went to his fitting, fully expecting to need additional alterations — and the suit fit PERFECTLY. Exceeded all my expectations. Will definitely be going back for more suits and looking forward to working with Sarah again.

I had a great experience at Enzo Custom in Philadelphia. Sarah was extremely knowledgeable, was able to educate me and answer my hundreds of questions as I had never purchased a custom suit before. She was also great in giving advice for colors, styles, and what looks «best» without trying to upsell me on anythign. I was extremely pleased after trying the suit on when it was ready, and everything was perfect despite slight alternations needed to the length of the pants. I will definitely be returning to Enzo in the near future for another suit!

I used Enzo to get a bespoke tux for my wedding, and couldn’t have been happier with my choice. Melissa was great to work with. She took her time with me and made sure that the tux I ordered was perfect. I settled on a navy blue tux with a shawl collar and Enzo didn’t disappoint. They did a great job of measuring and everything fit nearly perfect. They only had to make one small alteration to the sleeve length and the jacket was perfect. Emily was also so sweet and accommodated my ever-​changing schedule. Since I don’t live in the area there were only limited dates I could come in, but they made everything work for me. I will definitely be using Enzo again.

It might be custom, but it’s only custom to a certain point. They can customize all of the simple things like sleeve length, jacket waist width, pants break, and other things tailors can do your you. But for more complicated issues like shoulder divots, they really can’t do much. At least that wasn’t the case for me. I went to these guys because regular off the rack jackets either fit the width of my shoulders, but are too baggy for my shoulders, waist, and arms, or are slim and short enough for my waist and arms, but way too tight at the shoulders. They fitted me with a jacket template that seemed to work at the shoulders, but when I got my jacket, the fit was different. Then they said it was my fault (my shoulders/​arms are too big) and that there is nothing that they can do. The jacket length, slimness, and sleeve length were on point, but I could just find a off the rack suit from Macys and tailor it to get most of that to fit. The shoulders of a jacket? Yeah that’s the most important part of a well fitting jacket and the reason why I came to them in the first place. They failed to customize the single part of the jacket that I needed a custom measurement for.

Excellent service and eye for detail at a reasonable price point. They have a nice selection of materials and great style, and the store itself is very presentable– appointment only. You can spend 1−2k or more or just about $ 500 and still get a beautiful bespoke suit. Treat yo self.

I had a fantastic experience with Enzo. Melissa was very helpful in selecting everything I wanted to make the suits look absolutely perfect. I ordered 3 suits, 3 shirts, and a blazer. All look fantastic and fit great. Every time I wear one of the suits, random people stop me on the street to ask me where I got it. I will never buy another suit from anywhere else.

Had a suit, sport coat and shirts made. Everything fit like nothing I’ve ever experienced. Perfection. Why don’t all pants have a rubber inner waistband?? I feel like a million bucks when I wear Enzo’s clothing. I can’t believe how inexpensive it is for the quality and service. I know this sounds like an advert but it’s the honest truth.

I recently lost some weight and found that it was difficult to find suits that fit both top and bottom. Once I started looking at prices, I realized that I may be able to get something made and gave Enzo a shot. Arthur walked me through the process and it was a great experience. I never got the feeling that he was trying to upsell me. He took the time to measure me up and talk to me about how I would be using the suit. When the suit (and shirts) came back a month later it was awesome. I get compliments from strangers when I am walking through Center City when I am wearing this suit. I went back a few months later and bought two more suits and two more shirts. Once again, very satisfied with the result. Arthur and Melissa helped step out of my comfort zone a little and have some fun with the process.
There are a lot of little ways that you can personalize your suit that are included in the base price.
I will be a customer for a long time.

I’m a very small guy (5’4″, 130 lbs) and nothing fits off the rack. Since I’m getting married in August, a custom tuxedo was in order to ensure I was comfortable and looked good.
Melissa took the time to walk me through all of the choice that eluded a relative tuxedo novice, but also cared and assisted with the look that I wanted in the end. I tried on the tux, walked out of the room, and was beaming from ear to ear. I’ve never been so happy to put on a tux in my entire life.
I plan to use Enzo again for some custom suits and they are worth every single penny. Thanks again!

Enzo came recommended by a friend in NYC, and I could not be more pleased with my experience. Burgan was great, and I am thrilled to finally have a suit that truly fits.
When I first walked in, I was immediately offered a glass of scotch (a surefire way to win my favor). Burgan walked me through the different possibilities and combinations, and took special note of challenges I’ve had in the past (i.e. proper fit in the shoulders). When my suit arrived, it fit exactly as anticipated, and I cannot wait to add another one or two to my wardrobe.
The suit is phenomenal, but the reason I’ll continue to go to Enzo is because of people like Burgan. I never felt like he was trying to up-​sell me, and he worked hard to provide a truly customized experience.

I walk in and Bergan offers me a scotch or water. I knew then that we were off to a wonderful friendship.
Shirts and jackets off the rack generally don’t fit great they might possibly be good; but good is the enemy of great. There’s nothing like having bespoke tailoring — you get something that fits you like a glove and you get to make a multitude of little stylistic choices to make your shirt or suit your own.
Today I went in for some shirts. There were a ton of choices that I was able to make to customize. the shirt’s placket, collar type, width, length, darts, vents, cuff style and type, buttons, epaulets, monograms… So many choices! It could make your head spin, but Bergan was extremely helpful in guiding me on some of the choices I wasn’t particularly sure of. I think in time I will be able to branch out and make some bolder decisions once I get the hang of all this. I learned a lot too during the process, which was great for me.
They see customers by appointment only, so plan ahead and get ready to up your game.

I am a hard to fit man and Enzo has done an incredible job making clothes for me!
Over the past year I have purchased 3 shirts, a suit, and a tuxedo, all of which have come out exactly as I wanted them. I cannot wait to go back and buy more suits and shirts.
EDIT: I am dropping my review from 5 stars to 4 stars due to the long term durability of my suits. I purchased a Suit Supply suit within a month of my Enzo suit and while the initial fit of the Enzo suit was better (SS needed some tailoring) the SS suit has held up much better over time. In conclusion, if you are a hard man to fit or can’t find anything you like in retail then Enzo is a fantastic option, but if you find something workable at SS or another good retailer (dear God not Jos A Bank) I would have to recommend them due to durability concerns.

I purchased a Groupon for 2 custom shirts and a custom tie at Enzo. I’m somewhat happy with my purchase, but I don’t think I’ll go with Enzo again. First, it should be mentioned that garments here are made-​to-​measure, meaning the sales rep will take your measurements but your stuff will be made in and shipped from China. There doesn’t seem to be a tailor on staff.
That detracts from the Enzo experience quite a bit, as plenty of online retailers do the same thing without the need to schedule fitting/​pickup appointments at inconvenient times. Still, it was nice to speak with my first sales rep about the specifics of the shirt, he was pretty knowledgeable and helpful. His replacement when I picked up, however, wasn’t as skilled and couldn’t even find my shirts. I had to actually go in the stockroom and point them out for him. Thus, your experience will be either positive or negative depending on who’s working the shop.
Also, the quality of the base model shirts is pretty poor. The fabric is very thin and wrinkles if you look at it the wrong way. I got a $ 20 upgrade on one of the shirts and the material is fine on that one. Finally, though I was promised a «custom» tie I had to select from what they had on their rack, and most of the selections were fairly ugly.
The fits of my shirts were on point, but now that I’ve gone through the made-​to-​measure experience once with assistance I doubt I will need to return to Enzo.
