History

Established in 2003.

Senior Certified Pilates Instructor, Brie Adina Neff, stumbled upon a watered-down version of Pilates over 20 years ago at Temple University where she earned a BFA in Dance. After a severe neck injury destroyed her career in dance, she sought out Pilates teaching certification through world renowned Pilates expert Romana Kryzanowska and daughter Sari Mejia Santo where she began extensive, in depth private instruction. Recognizing the need for traditional and safe Pilates Instruction in Philadelphia, she opened Equilibrium Pilates where she has received numerous awards including «Best of Philly», «Best of Style», and «People’s Choice Award» among others.
