I had 3 shirts that were being laundered here and when I went to pick them up the lady that works here denied having the shirts. I insisted they were there however I did not have a receipt to prove this as I had not been given receipt when I put them in for laundering. She started yelling at me saying it was my mistake. I tried to assert that it was not my mistake and insisted that she look for my shirts. She became aggressive and yelled at me further. She said that this has never happened before so it must be my fault. She was aggressive and defensive and would not listen to what I had to say. I insisted that she move the turnstile around so I could look for my shirts and when she finally agreed to do this, I saw my shirts. They had been put under another persons name and so she would not let me take them. She had to call the person whose name was on it to check that they weren’t his. When I went back at the end of the day she said she remembered that they were mine and gave them to me. She still made me pay full price, despite the hassle she put me through. I tried using another cleaner for a while but Excel cleaners are so much closer so I eventually gave them another shot. The last time I went I asked her to double check there were no more shirts there, as I still don’t fully trust her. She told me to always bring the receipt as I «have a bad memory». Maybe she has a bad memory– forgetting what she did last time… Anyway, overall she is rude and condescending and shows poor customer service skills.
