I have known Connie for over 20 years, first as a cat sitter, then house keeping, then property management. I have two rental properties here in Philadelphia and one in Gladwyne. We also have several up on Cape Cod, where we spend half the year. So while we are gone, Connie takes over management of these properties. She has even interviewed prospective tenants and has found us some great ones. She is very conscientious and reliable. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

I’ve used Extra Hands for several years now and the service is fantastic! The owner, Connie, is professional, diligent and flexible with scheduling. We live in an open space loft and have two dogs that shed like crazy, so it’s a job in & unto itself to keep on top of the fur balls and dust bunnies that accumulate in here. They clean my residence several times a month and I don’t know how I would manage without them. From counters to floors to bathroom and kitchen, top to bottom — everything is spotless and fresh when they leave. They take out the trash with them, which is a perk I really appreciate. They’re always on time, reliable and dependable. Most of all, they’re trustworthy. They have a spare key to my place and I’m 150% ok with them coming and cleaning when I’m not home.
In addition to residential cleaning, I know they also offer commercial cleaning and office cleaning services, I have referred Extra Hands cleaning services to several friends and neighbors for monthly cleaning and I think they’d be a great way to clean out your apartment to ensure you get your security deposit back as well. Highly reocmmended for hosue cleaning, commercial cleaning, lofts, apartments, businesses or whatver you need. These ladies are great!
