We specialize in homemade from scratch food with a strong emphasis on our Italian roots. We pride ourselves on using fine ingredients and making wholesome food. We like to think we offer something for everyone from vegetarians to vegans and meat eaters alike.

History

Established in 2015.

Fa Caldo has been a dream of proprietor Joseph Reinard for as long as can be remembered. From a young age Joe loved to play with pots and pans, collect coffee pots and help his mom and grandmothers cook. Growing up with an Italian American mother Joe learned to appreciate the importance of food from an early age. He was lucky to have both sets of grandparents as well as a great grandmother to teach him the importance of family good food and hospitality. It is these life-​long lessons that inspired Joe to open Fa Caldo Caffe. The business is truly a family business with the investment and business partnership of Joe’s brother Curtis and the perennial help of their mother and father and grandparents.
