Service was pretty nice for a nail salon but the lady who did my full set nails did a HORRIBLE job. I should’ve known she didn’t know what she was doing when she was putting the glue on my nails first then simply picking out a nail and putting it straight on instead of first seeing if the nails fits before adding the glue. She cut them wayyyyy too short or filed them too much when I specifically told her a certain size. She started off doing the pinky long and nice and the shape was great. And just kept getting worse as she went on to doing the rest of my nails. I told her square round, they’re a horrible shape where some of then are wide at the bottom then narrow up top. My cuticles are bumpy and showing she didn’t cut them all the way through and some of my nails have a flat nail bed and some rise up. None of them match so towards the end I told her to mess up the only pinky that looked good to make it look like the rest. I’m not one to speak up when I don’t like something but she defiantly noticed through my facial expressions. I regret not speaking up bc these nails make my hand look stumpy, my nails look like little chicklet gum… Worse nails I’ve ever seen in my life!!!

I went to this place in April of this year and I would never go back. In my opinion, they’re a bit pricey than the place I go to downtown. I shouldn’t have to ask the manicurist to take the extra skin off my feet, it your job to see it and you shouldn’t have an attitude when I ask. They don’t even have nice massage chairs and for the price of $ 53 for a pedicure and a gel manicure it should be a bit more upscale. The place I go to downtown at 9th& Market, Le Nails is pretty good.

I live right around the corner from this place and out of the three times I have been their this was the worst. Lynn the daughter waxed my eyebrows, lip and chin. I asked her to just clean up the bottom since I’m trying to let them grow in thicker. Well I think she heard, «do what u want» and now my eyebrows are now pencil thin again and she burned me with the wax. Lynn used way too much wax and did not clean off the residue. If your in the area and want to stop in don’t bother it’s a waste of time and money. WILLNEVEREVERGOBACK…

I used to be a regular at this place until today. I wasn’t fond of their pedicures as I felt they rushed through them and last time had slightly cut two of my toes. None the less, I thought they did amazing gel manicures in which I’d get about twice a month. However, today they lost my business for good. I’m flying out of town tomorrow and have been looking forward to getting my nails done there since last week. I made an extra effort to get out of work early, rushed there from the city and got there 36 minutes before closing and they wouldn’t take me because they were about to close. I could understand if I were to get there 10 – 15 minutes before closing but not more than ½ an hour. If I would have known, I wouldn’t have wasted my time and would have gone elsewhere from the start.
